How do I return an item? Return Policy Thoughts Unspoken.com only accept returns on all defective products, wrong shipment, and or damaged goods within the first 15 days from the time you receive your order. If the wrong order is received, we will gladly exchange it for the correct order. If your items are damaged from shipping, or defective by having misplacement of design on shirt, discolored, or size error, we will exchange them for the same product. We do not accept returns that are worn, wash, stained, tags torn, or damaged intentionally in order to get something else.
